UK Events and Workshops

Many of our events will be delivered to or via organisations. If you would like us to create a mindfulness event, workshop or retreat for your own group, association, company or charity, please contact us.

TEAM WORKSHOPS
We are delighted to attend your workplaces, or team sites, to deliver mindfulness sessions that will work for you.
FLEXIBLE – so it works best for you and your teams.
- Sessions can be flexible to suit your needs: from team-building to personal support, mental wellbeing ane resilience.
- Formats could include: Tasters, 2 hours, 1/2 days, or full days.
- And we can discuss options including outdoors mindfulness, walking/moving mindfully, desk-mindful and team support.
ONLINE – for even more flexibility
We also offer mindfulness online workshops – Mindfulness at a distance provides the opportunity to enjoy Mindfulness, as an intensive experience, one to one, with a telephone or skype session.
It might also be useful to have a blend of online and in-person sesssions, to maintain the practice and provide continuity for all.
