As you’ll know if you practice Mindfulness, we realise that we pay so little attention to what our bodies are telling us – often we can be caught up in the moment that is our thoughts, what we are believing about our thoughts. So, for great mindfulness “embodiment”, it’s really important to pay attention to what our bodies are telling us.
