Body Scan and more
As you’ll know if you practice Mindfulness, we realise that we pay so little attention to what our bodies are telling us – often we can be caught up in the moment that is our thoughts, what we are believing about our thoughts. So, for great mindfulness “embodiment”, it’s really important to pay attention to what our bodies are telling us. We do a body-scan for just this reason (by body-scan, I mean an assessment of how our bodies are feeling at that exact time, identifying areas of discomfort, comfort, tension, etc).
